All proposals must be submitted by 11:59 PM Central on March 13, 2026.

Topics
We are especially interested in proposals on the following topics:

• Equity compensation at oil, gas, energy, resources, and technology companies
• Current developments effecting equity plans
• New ideas for equity plan design
• Solutions to administrative challenges

Additional Information
All sessions will be 60 minutes in length.

Maximum of three speakers per session.
